Return Window

You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or request an exchange, please contact us first before sending anything back:

We will guide you through the return process, confirm the return method, and provide the correct return address. Do not send any items back to the original shipping address unless instructed.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with clear photos or videos of the issue. Once approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Return Shipping and Restocking Fees

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 35% restocking fee may apply depending on the item and reason for return.

We’ll inform you about any applicable fees before processing the return.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product:

  • You may either return the original item first, then place a new order for the desired product,
    or
  • Place a new order immediately, and we’ll process the return for the original item separately.

In some cases, we may assist with return shipping costs for exchanges — contact us for more details.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.It may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items not in original condition
  • Damaged items not due to our error
  • Missing parts

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Order Cancellations and Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order will begin processing and changes may no longer be possible.
